About Us

Windemere, a residential  subdivision of 97 Custom Homes.  It was developed in 1994 by James Caito, Richard Carriger and Steve Wilson.  The Homeowners Association was turned over the the residents in 2000.  All owners of the lots in Windemere automatically become members of the Windemere Homeowner's Association, Inc., an Indiana not-for-profit corporation.

 

Windemere is located in Clay Township, in the City of Carmel, in southwest Hamilton County.  The entrance is on the south side of 106 th street, between Ditch Road and Township Line Road, and in close proximity to Crooked Stick Golf Club.

 

Public schools for Windemere are Towne Meadow Elementary, Creekside Middle School and Carmel High School.
